Deposit / Guarantee Letter / Reotel Voucher are required upon bookings made.
- Reservation should be made and guaranteed letter should be send with minimum one day before arrival date.
- Check In & Out Time
- Check in time : 15.00 WIB (local time)
- Check Out time : 12.00 WIB (local time)
- Late check out (14.00 – 16.00 WIB) will be chargeable 30% from room rate, (16.00 – 18.00 WIB) will be chargeable 50% from room rate and full day rate for check out after 18.00
- Payment with credit facility, Hotel will respect the dates only as mentioned on Guarantee Letter.
- Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card or transfer to Company Account;

- In the event of high season, The Reotel reserves the right to adjust the room rates without advanced notice
- The Reotel reserves the right to release all reserved rooms if the terms and conditions are not met
